Millie Ward has been named 2009 Woman of the Year by Women & Children First, one of Arkansas's largest domestic violence shelters. Numerous feature stories saluting Millie's work in raising awareness of domestic violence and mentoring Arkansas women have recently appeared in the Arkansas media.
