Creative Director
Above her desk in Stone Ward’s Chicago office, Emily has a quote from USWNT player Christen Press: “Find your passion...if you can find whatever it is that gets you out of bed with a smile on your face, you're probably going to be great at it.” As Creative Director, Emily keeps her team smiling as she thoughtfully guides the creative process for numerous clients’ brands.
During her 17-year career with the agency, Emily has wrapped bridges, malls, trains and stadiums all over the world with stand out branded graphics, delivering meaningful brand experiences in every format. Unmatched in focus, calm and creativity under pressure, Emily led a social team in creating real-time graphics in three languages for millions of fans as the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team secured a World Cup victory. The first women’s sports team in history to be honored with a parade down the Canyon of Heroes, USWNT’s two ticker-tape parades, first in 2015 and later in 2019, were designed by none other than Emily herself.
Emily is an active member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), and when she’s not working, you can find her walking her dog, Rosie the Riveter, and enjoying art, Chicago’s unique food scene or the company of friends and family.
